Objective : This study aims to find out the influencing factors between the benefit type, service delivery system, and needs according to the long-term care insurance recognition grade.
Methods : This study targeted 169 users of long-term care insurance services for the elderly in the Chungcheongnam-do region. For data analysis, frequency analysis was performed for general characteristics and multinomial logistic regression analysis was performed for influencing factors using SPSS 25.0 Ver.
Results : The results of the test of the suitability and likelihood ratio between the benefit type, service delivery system, and needs according to the long-term care insurance recognition grade were found to be significant. ¡®Recognition grade¡¯ and ¡®service delivery system, service need and grade 1, 2, 3, 5¡¯ showed no significant influencing factors, but ¡®short-term protection¡¯ variable of grade 4 had a partial but very significant effect. It was confirmed that there was a factor (p <.001).
Conclusion : In this study, we looked at the influencing factors between benefit types, service delivery systems, and needs according to long-term care insurance accreditation grades, and obtained significant results. Therefore, it is necessary to consider these influencing factors in future long-term care services based on the results of this study.
